These articles emerged from an Organisational Development intervention 2008-2011. I co-designed and led a collaborative team across Ashridge Business school and the largest UK charity , the National Trust, to develop an internal consulting capability with National Trust ‘functional experts’

This work won the European EFMD Award: Winner of Excellence in Practice Award, 2010 in the Organisational Development category.
